Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage RFQs, purchase orders, and procurement inquiries for domestic and international suppliers
- Analyze and compare supplier quotations from both technical and commercial perspectives
- Independently prepare customer quotations for the company’s products and services
- Support preparation of documentation for public procurement procedures and tender submissions
- Monitor and analyze project-related procurement and commercial costs
- Coordinate logistics activities, goods receipt, dispatch, and delivery tracking
- Maintain procurement and sales documentation, records, and reporting
- Handle supplier claims, order follow-ups, and issue resolution
- Build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and customers
- Collaborate closely with technical, engineering, project, and production teams
- Monitor market trends, supplier conditions, and commercial opportunities
- Contribute to achieving departmental commercial and sales objectives
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, sales coordination, logistics, or commercial operations
- Experience in technical, industrial, energy, or oil & gas sectors is considered a strong advantage
- Educational background in technical or business/economics disciplines
- Understanding of technical materials, valves, fittings, pressure equipment, and industrial components
- Familiarity with systems such as filters and separators, pressure equipment, gas regulating and metering stations, CNG filling stations, odorization systems
- Basic understanding of technical/project documentation and specifications
- Knowledge of Intrastat procedures, customs import/export documentation, and logistics processes
- Familiarity with public procurement procedures
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
- ERP system experience is considered an advantage
