DN150 High-Pressure Gas Pipeline Repair Successfully Completed – MRS Zaprešić – PMRS TAPI S. Marof

PICO FLOW CONTROLS d.o.o. has completed a gas pipeline repair on the DN150 pipeline section between MRS Zaprešić and PMRS TAPI Croatia Industries S. Marof. The repair used balloon isolation technology to safely isolate the affected section and enable controlled hot work activities.

The project covered the complete repair process, from the initial site inspection and rapid mobilization of the required resources to the isolation of the damaged pipeline section using ballooning technology and nitrogen inerting, followed by the replacement of the damaged pipe segment by welding.

Safe and Efficient Pipeline Repair

The completed works also included weld quality control, leak-tightness testing, and the final restoration of the anti-corrosion coating, ensuring the reliability and safety of the repaired pipeline section.

This project is another example of the application of specialized technologies for the safe and efficient repair of existing high-pressure and distribution gas pipelines.
