About RIKI
The RIKI calibration device for LBC is a linear pressure drop generator designed to simulate the pressure drop in a gas pipeline. It enables precise adjustment and calibration of values, ensuring accurate and reliable measurement results
- Ensures the safe and efficient operation of the pipeline
- Prevents significant loss of the transported medium (oil, water) and mitigates environmental contamination
pLBCa calibration: The RIKI device operates through an electronically controlled gas release from its cylinder. The purpose of calibration is to verify whether the pLBC reacts to the adjusted pressure drop and measures the response time from the moment the pressure drop begins.
eLBC calibration: The pressure transmitter is disconnected from the gas line and connected to the tank of the LBC Calibration Device, where the desired pressure drop is precisely adjusted and a controlled discharge from the tank is initiated.

Charging: The device supports charging via a 12V vehicle power outlet, making it ideal for field operations. Additionally, it can be charged using a 230V power source when needed, ensuring adaptability in various working environments.
User-friendly software and USB connectivity, LCD display: The device connects to a laptop via USB, enabling seamless operation through a Windows-based control program. Additionally, it features an LCD display with a battery charge indicator, ensuring clear visibility of the device’s status and power levels.
