To otvara prostor za nova inovativna rje\u0161enja na podru\u010dju za\u0161tite od korozije. <\/p>\n<h2>Konvencionalni sustavi za\u0161tite cjevovoda od korozije<\/h2>\n<p>Konvencionalni <a href=\"https:\/\/feromihin.hr\/hr\/kako-kontrolirati-koroziju-i-unaprijediti-sustav-upravljanja-cjevovodima\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sustavi za za\u0161titu od korozije<\/a> bazirani su na materijalima s kemijski umre\u017eenim strukturama kojima se tijekom primjene dodaju specifi\u010dna mehani\u010dka svojstva kako bi se osigurala stabilnost sustava tijekom odre\u0111enog razdoblja. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Glavni uzroci neuspjeha konvencionalnih sustava za za\u0161titu od korozije su:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1)<\/strong> Neadekvatno projektiran sustav za za\u0161titu od korozije,<\/p>\n<p><strong>2)<\/strong> Lo\u0161a priprema povr\u0161ine\/lo\u0161a aplikacija,<\/p>\n<p><strong>3)<\/strong> Utjecaj vanjskih \u010dimbenika iz radne okoline (vlaga, salinitet, vjetar, temperatura). In\u017eenjeri konstantno poku\u0161avaju do\u0107i do rje\u0161enja kojima bi se navedeni uzroci sveli na minimum i u kona\u010dnici eliminirali. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Inovativni sustavi<\/strong> kreirani su na upravo suprotnom: neumre\u017eenoj amorfnoj visko-elasti\u010dnoj strukturi. Poliizobuten se pokazao kao najadekvatniji polimer koji udovoljava postavljenim zahtjevima. <\/p>\n<p>Strukturne jedinice poliizobutena povezane su kovalentnim vezama, a polimerni lanac se ne umre\u017eava, \u0161to dovodi do tzv. \u201ehladnog toka\u201c. To zna\u010di da \u0107e poliizobuten \u010dak i na niskim temperaturama vremenom ispuniti i najsitnije pore na povr\u0161ini materijala, \u010dime se uklanja mogu\u0107nost pojave osmoze i migracije vlage izme\u0111u povr\u0161ine i za\u0161titnog sloja. <\/p>\n<h2>Inovativni STOPAQ materijal<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/feromihin.hr\/hr\/usluge-i-rjesenja\/rjesenja\/innovative-corrosion-protection-solutions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">STOPAQ\u00ae materijal<\/a> na bazi poliizobutena ostat \u0107e u polu-teku\u0107em stanju kroz cijeli radni vijek, s jakim silama adhezije na povr\u0161inu. Zahvaljuju\u0107i njima materijal ima svojstvo samozacjeljivanja. Istovremeno ostaje otporan na starenje i utjecaj kemikalija te je otporan na vlagu, kisik i bakterije. <\/p>\n<p>Inovativni visko-elasti\u010dni <strong>STOPAQ\u00ae<\/strong> materijali na bazi poliizobutena svojim fizikalnim svojstvima osigurava krajnjim korisnicima dulji radni vijek, smanjenje tro\u0161kove odr\u017eavanja, najvi\u0161u razinu za\u0161tite od korozije te br\u017eu, jednostavniju i, prije svega, jeftiniju pripremu povr\u0161ine i aplikaciju sustava koji ne zahtijevaju specijalnu opremu niti posebne vje\u0161tine aplikatora. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Primjena STOPAQ\u00ae<\/strong> sustava u praksi poprili\u010dno je jednostavna. Povr\u0161inu je dovoljno pripremiti ru\u010dnim ili elektri\u010dnim alatima do razine St2\/St3 te je potrebno osigurati da bude \u010dista i suha. <\/p>\n<p>Priprema povr\u0161ine abrazivnim \u010di\u0161\u0107enjem (\u201epjeskarenjem\u201c) nije potrebna jer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sealforlife.com\/brands\/stopaq\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">STOPAQ\u00ae<\/a> materijali ne zahtijevaju odre\u0111enu razinu povr\u0161inske hrapavosti (profil).<\/p>\n<p>Za aplikaciju nije potreban temeljni premaz, a mogu\u0107a je u temperaturnom rasponu od -45\u00b0C do +120\u00b0C. Aplikacija se uglavnom obavlja ru\u010dno, a zbog jednostavnosti potrebna je minimalna obuka djelatnika. <\/p>\n<p>Zatrpavanje podzemnih cjevovoda mogu\u0107e je odmah po zavr\u0161etku aplikacije sustava jer nije potrebno \u010dekati da sustav otvrdne kao kod konvencionalnih sustava.
