The Synthetic Gas Supply Station is engineered to blend evaporated liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) with air in a precisely controlled ratio, ensuring that the resulting mixture closely replicates the properties of natural gas.

The GRIZO station provides consumers with a fully independent supply of synthetic gas (SNG), serving as an ideal alternative to natural gas (NG). This solution eliminates the need for costly burner replacements, ensuring a seamless transition to SNG.

Main Components

LPG Storage Tank

Transfers liquid-phase LPG from the storage tank to the evaporator using a pump system. The tank’s volume capacity can be customized to meet client-specific requirements.

Pump Skid

LPG pumps with regulatory and shut-off valves.

LPG Evaporator

Pumps liquid phase LPG from the storage tank to the evaporator.

LPG Mixer

Comprised of a mixing chamber with connections for gaseous LPG and air.

Boiler Room

Houses hot water pipelines supplying heat to the LPG evaporator and natural gas preheater.

Air Compressor Station

Equipped with three regulated screw compressors, refrigerant dryers, microfilters, moisture separators, and a compressed air tank, with pipelines directing compressed air to the mixer for precise gas blending.
