About the Project: The primary challenge this project addresses is the insufficient global competitiveness of Feromihin, stemming from limited investment in process innovation and business organization and, consequently, in the implementation of innovative product solutions. The project’s main objective is to bring the innovative product UULBC, which is new to the global market, to Technology Readiness Level 9 (TRL 9). This will be achieved through targeted investments in corporate innovation, specifically in process and organizational transformation. The project aims to resolve the core issue of low competitiveness and generate sustainable benefits for key stakeholders: Feromihin, its employees, and its business partners and customers.
