Protective Control Mechanism
The LBC device (Line Break Control) is an integral part of the blocking system on gas pipelines. It functions as a protective control mechanism, continuously monitoring pipeline pressure.
In the event of a pressure drop exceeding a predefined threshold per minute, the device automatically shuts off the valve using an actuator, preventing potential gas leaks and ensuring pipeline safety.
LBC devices must be periodically calibrated to ensure they meet predefined (required) values and maintain accurate performance.
We offer and deliver the technological solution of the eLBC device, which is used in explosion-hazardous areas (Ex eLBC).
