This position involves quality control and quality management activities across various projects, manufacturing processes, and technical solutions, including the application of industry standards, document review, and verification of execution throughout all project phases.

The role also includes planning, coordination, management, and supervision of welding processes in accordance with HRN EN ISO 3834-2 and HRN EN 1090-2 standards.

Your Responsibilities

Quality Management

  • Implementation and supervision of the quality management system
  • Monitoring compliance with applicable standards and internal procedures
  • Participation in internal and external audits

Quality Control & Technical Documentation

  • Inspection and control of materials, production processes, and finished products
  • Preparation, review, and approval of technical and quality documentation
  • Maintaining records and documentation

Welding & Special Processes

  • Supervision and control of welding processes in accordance with applicable standards and regulations
  • Preparation, approval, and management of welding technological documentation (WPS / WPQR)
  • Monitoring and ensuring welded joint quality, including non-conformity analysis
  • Training and qualification support for welders
  • Cooperation with project teams, partners, and certification bodies

Non-Conformity Management

  • Identification and analysis of deviations and non-conformities
  • Definition, implementation, and monitoring of corrective actions

Professional Competencies

Education & Certifications

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering (M.Sc. Mechanical Engineering)
  • IWE / EWE certification (International / European Welding Engineer)
  • Passed professional engineering exam and registered for membership in the Chamber of Engineers

Standards & Regulations

  • Practical experience working in accordance with standards such as:
    • ISO 9001
    • ISO 14001
    • ISO 45001
    • ISO 29001
    • HRN EN ISO 3834-2
    • HRN EN 1090-2
  • Strong understanding of welding requirements and quality control procedures
