The participation of PICO FLOW CONTROLS d.o.o. at the international K 2025 trade fair in Düsseldorf marked an essential step in strengthening the company’s global presence and expanding cooperation with partners in the plastics and rubber industry.
K is the world’s largest and most significant trade fair in this sector, bringing together leading manufacturers, raw material suppliers, experts, and innovative companies from all over the globe every three years.
This year’s event, held from October 8 to 15, 2025, highlighted three key themes shaping the future: Green, Smart, and Responsible. The focus was on developing sustainable materials, advanced digital processes, and a responsible approach to society and the environment.
Why K 2025 matters for the plastics and rubber industry
K 2025 is not merely a product exhibition; it is a global hub for innovation, idea exchange, and the creation of new business opportunities.
Over seven days, leading international companies presented the latest technologies in recycling, plastics processing, automation, and digitalization of production processes.
In this context, PICO FLOW CONTROLS d.o.o. presented its line of AEGIS plastic mesh solutions, which embody the values of sustainability, reliability, and technical excellence.
Introducing the AEGIS product line – sustainable mesh solutions
Under the AEGIS brand, the company has developed a range of products for various industries — from construction and geotechnical applications to agriculture and large-scale infrastructure projects.
All meshes are produced from HDPE and LDPE with integrated UV stabilizers, ensuring weather resistance, flexibility, and long service life.
Their rhomboid structure and diverse dimensions allow adaptation to the specific requirements of each application.
AEGIS solutions that attracted attention at the fair
AEGIS Fence – a durable, flexible HDPE mesh ideal for both permanent and temporary fencing. Thanks to easy installation and high weather resistance, it is widely used as a safety barrier and construction site enclosure.
AEGIS Agro – a mesh designed to support plants and crop structures. It combines strength and elasticity, ensuring stable crop growth in gardens, greenhouses, and nurseries.
AEGIS Drainage – a mesh specially engineered for effective soil stabilization and drainage control. Its structure allows optimal water flow and reduces the risk of erosion and oversaturation.
AEGIS Geogrid CE151 – a high-strength geo-mesh for erosion control and slope stabilization. Resistant to chemicals, UV radiation, and seawater, it is ideal for hydraulic and coastal engineering projects.
AEGIS Geogrid CE131 – a structural mesh for reinforcing road bases and embankments. It provides enhanced stability, uniform load distribution, and long-term cost reduction in road construction and maintenance.
